Triad Holdings was created by three people who have been involved in the mortgage and real estate marketplace for decades.  We started our company to help what we considered to be an underserved market in central Virginia, our neighbors who are first-time homebuyers and those in need of affordable housing.  We strive to find ways to help these great people find homes.

Our Mission...
To provide our clients a high level of customer service in their pursuit of home-ownership through the recommendation of competitive lending solutions, the acquisition of land and the construction of affordable, high-quality housing.
Triad Holdings...Our Story
 
As professionals associated with the real estate market through the mortgage industry, Sam Zamrik, Chris Cheatham and Peg Fegely formed Triad Holdings in 2006.  The three partners developed a business plan for slow growth, but by February, 2007, more than fourteen home building projects had been started in central Virginia, exceeding expectations. 
 
The triad goes deeper than the three partners though.  Our team looked to work with others to expand the business. Included in that expansion is our builder, our realtor and the engineering team.  
 
Finally, as a spiritual group of people, we build on faith as a bedrock of our company's foundation and our future.

With leadership experience including running a billion dollar division of Wells Fargo, Sam chose to move into ownership of a company with a vision for serving.
